We expect to dispatch all orders within one working day in normal condition, however in the run up to really busy periods like Christmas we may take up to 3-5 days for some orders due to the high volumes.
Shipping Carrier:
All US-domestic parcels will now be sent out using USPS service.
All UK-domestic parcels will now dispatched through Royal Mail 48 hour service.
International parcels will be shipped via Singapore Airmail Post from our fulfillment center in Singapore.
(Please be advised that some of products may send out from Singapore to UK/US, which are stated clearly in the product description.

30-Day Return + 180-Day Warranty
We aim to provide accurate descriptions of all goods so that you can make an informed decision before your purchase. We understand however, that occasionally you may want to return the item/s you have ordered.
If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival (DOA) then we commit to issuing you with a working replacement within the warranty period and must be reported within 5 days from delivered date.
If in the event that a replacement is not available then we will we issue you with a full refund (including outgoing shipping).
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must advise us via e-mail within 30 days of receipt of your order. We aim to reply to your message within 24 hours to advise you on the returns process and address.

All returned items must be complete, in the original packaging and in an unused re-saleable condition.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, the products still entitle 180-day warranty. And we only send you working replacement or partial replacement only if the products have quality issues.(Please be advised that any man-made damages are not counted quality issues.)
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
